By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE TO ACCESS THIS SITE, CREATE AN ACCOUNT, OR PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS. Our products contain hemp-derived Delta-9 THC. By accessing the Site and/or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase and consume hemp-derived THC products in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to verify your age at any point, including at the time of purchase and delivery. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required upon delivery.
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. All products sold on the Site contain hemp-derived Delta-9 THC in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill, meaning they contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Product effects may vary by individual. We make no medical claims regarding our products. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, failure to verify age, or shipping to a jurisdiction where our products are prohibited. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. All payment processing is handled securely through our third-party payment processor.
We ship to addresses within the United States where hemp-derived Delta-9 THC products are legally permitted. Flat rate shipping of $4.20 applies to all orders. Signature may be required upon delivery to verify age. It is your responsibility to ensure that our products are legal in your state, county, and municipality.
Due to the nature of our products (consumable, age-restricted goods), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns. Exceptions include damaged products, incorrect orders, or defective products — contact us at sam@palatepack.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose. Specifically, you may not purchase products if under 21, provide false information, interfere with Site security, use automated systems to access the Site, or purchase products with intent to transport them to prohibited jurisdictions.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of After Hours Beverage Co. or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
IMPORTANT: Our products contain hemp-derived Delta-9 THC, which may cause intoxicating effects. Do NOT operate vehicles or machinery while under the influence. Do NOT consume if pregnant or nursing. Consult your physician before use if you have medical conditions or take medications. Keep out of reach of children. Start with a low dose and wait at least two hours before consuming more. Our products are manufactured in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. However, state and local laws vary. IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY to know and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding the purchase, possession, and consumption of hemp-derived THC products.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AFTER HOURS BEVERAGE CO., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which After Hours Beverage Co. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
